The Mac Heating and Air team are great. Their engineer John Acker has done a great job servicing my system for the last bunch of years and it works like a dream. When I have had issues (e.g. failed water pump, furnace down because LPG ran out) they have either helped me over the phone (the reception staff are VERY knowledgeable) or sent someone round immediately. I strongly recommend having a service agreement with them. It keeps everything running smoothly and guarantees priority response.

This company was hired by me for my maintenance and also to repair and balance my whole home dehumidifier which is under my log cabin. Their technician decided to level my dehumidifier in repair with sticks he found in my yard. After needing to replace my dehumidifier for $1500 because of damage incurred, this company has the nerve to try to charge me for the visit. I’m apalled by their service, they’ve now turned me over to collections when actually it’s them that owes me money! Great Repair Mac!!
